Stainless Steel Travel Flask

Vacuum is the key to heat retention. We have two types of vacuum machines. One is tailed vacuum. One is tailless vacuum. Tailed vacuum works well for large batches. It is fast and efficient. Tailless vacuum gives a higher vacuum level. We use it for premium products. We choose the method based on the product need. After vacuuming, we test with a vacuum gauge. Bottles that do not meet the standard go back for a second try or get scrapped. We never sell a bottle with poor vacuum. That would give bad heat retention. The stainless steel travel flask gets the right vacuum for its use.

We test vacuum in every batch. Our sample rate is 5%. We use a helium mass spectrometer for this test. This method is very sensitive. It finds tiny leaks. Our standard requires vacuum below 0.01 Pascal. Any bottle above that number is not acceptable. When a bottle fails, we trace the reason. Is it a weld problem? Is it a seal problem? We find the root cause and change the process. We do not accept results that just barely pass. Our standard is higher than the industry norm. The stainless steel travel flask meets this strict rule.

This flask comes in 350ml and 450ml. The 350ml size keeps heat for 6 hours at 60°C or more. The 450ml size keeps heat for 6 hours at 66°C or more. The inner layer is SUS316 stainless steel. The outer layer is SUS304 stainless steel. SUS316 resists corrosion better than SUS304. We support custom work. The body can get paint or powder coating. For patterns, we do heat transfer, 3D printing, or water stickers. The MOQ is 3000 pieces per SKU. Every stainless steel travel flask passes our helium leak test before it ships.
