Our automated machines work with very tight accuracy. The laser weld seam width stays within 0.3mm. The wall thickness error from spinning is below 0.05mm. You cannot see these numbers with your eyes. But they affect heat retention and feel. If the wall is uneven, heat retention gets worse. If the weld is weak, the cup may leak after long use. Our equipment stops these problems. When you receive the ss thermos flask, you only need to worry about selling it well. You do not worry about bad quality.

This flask comes in 350ml and 450ml. The 350ml size keeps heat for 6 hours at 60°C or more. The 450ml size keeps heat for 6 hours at 66°C or more. The inner layer is SUS316 stainless steel. The outer layer is SUS304 stainless steel. We support custom work. The body can get paint or powder coating. For patterns, we do heat transfer, 3D printing, or water stickers. The MOQ is 3000 pieces per SKU. Every ss thermos flask we ship is tested for weld strength and wall thickness.
