We have a fully automatic spray painting and powder coating line. Products hang on a chain. They move through the spray booth and oven automatically. We control paint thickness to 60 to 80 microns. Too thin means the paint peels off. Too thick means drips and runs. Powder coating is more scratch-resistant than paint. We recommend the right process for your use case. For outdoor sports bottles, we suggest powder coating. For business gifts, we suggest paint for higher gloss. After coating, the bottle goes through a high-temperature oven. The coating sticks well. Our customers are very strict about color. We have a standard color card library. We can match Pantone or RAL numbers. Before each paint run, our technician sprays a sample panel. They compare it to the color card under a standard light source. We start production only after the color is approved. During production, we check color every half hour. We also keep samples from different batches. This helps us avoid color differences between old and new batches. If the color difference is too big, we remix the paint. This bottle holds 450ml. The inner layer is SUS304 stainless steel. The outer layer is SUS304 stainless steel. It keeps heat for 6 hours at 60°C or more. Hot and cold use means hot water does not burn your hand. Cold water does not make the outside wet. The double-wall vacuum stops temperature from passing through. We support custom work. The body can get paint or powder coating. For patterns, we do heat transfer, 3D printing, or water stickers. The MOQ is 3000 pieces per SKU.
