Heat transfer works well for gradients and photo-quality images. The pattern edges are sharp, and the colors are bright. The second method is 3D using water decal. Water decal can cover curved or uneven surfaces. The 3D pattern sticks very well and is hard to scratch off. The downside is that colors are not as bright as heat transfer. We do both methods. You choose based on your design needs. Either way, your product will look good.

We do adhesion tests for both methods. We use a cross-cut knife to make a grid on the pattern. Then we put tape over it and pull the tape off. We check if any pattern comes off. We also do an alcohol rub test. We use a cotton swab with alcohol and rub the pattern 20 times. The pattern must not fade. We also do high temperature tests. The pattern should not bubble when you fill the cup with boiling water. We keep samples of patterns from each batch. You can test the adhesion yourself. We are confident in our process for every product.

This product holds 2.2 liters of liquid. The large size is good for a whole day of drinking. The built-in filter stops tea leaves from coming out. The heat retention keeps your drink hot for 6 hours above 70℃. The body can be painted or powder coated. Patterns are available if you want branding.
