For existing products, after you place a sample order, our sample lead time is about 10 days. After we make the sample, we ship it to you. You can check the appearance, capacity, and heat retention. If you are satisfied with the sample, we start mass production. If you are not satisfied, we make changes based on your feedback. We do not want you to find problems only after mass production is done. Sample confirmation is very important to us. This vacuum sealed drink bottle follows this same sample process.

This product has a 230ml capacity. The inner layer is SUS304 stainless steel. The outer layer is also SUS304 stainless steel. Its heat retention is 6 hours ≥ 40°C. This temperature is good for warm water or room temperature drinks. For cold water or iced drinks, the cold retention is also good. We support full customization. The bottle body can be painted or powder coated. For patterns, we use heat transfer, 3D, or water sticker. The MOQ is 3,000 pieces per SKU. Every vacuum sealed drink bottle is fully checked before it is packed.

We do a 100% inspection on every product before packing. This inspection includes appearance, sealing, and spot checks for heat retention. For appearance, we look for scratches, paint loss, or deformation. For sealing, we fill the bottle with water and turn it upside down for a while. We check for any leaks. For heat retention, we take samples by percentage and put them in a temperature controlled box. Only products that pass all these tests go into the carton. We do not let defective products leave the factory. This vacuum sealed drink bottle is made with that same strict inspection standard.
