We have our own R&D team. Our key technicians have many years of industry experience. We support customers who need new molds. The mold opening period is 45 days. After the mold is ready, T1 sample takes one week. T2 sample takes 15 days. After you confirm the sample, we start mass production. Many clients choose us for OEM because of our strong mold opening ability. We can produce based on your prototype or drawings. This double insulated bottles is a great example of what we can do.

This double insulated bottles comes in two capacities. One is 360ml with heat retention of 6 hours ≥ 60°C. The other is 460ml with heat retention of 6 hours ≥ 65°C. The inner layer is SUS304 stainless steel. The outer layer is also SUS304 stainless steel. A bigger capacity usually gives better heat retention. We support full customization on this product. The bottle body can be painted or powder coated. For patterns, we use heat transfer, 3D, or water sticker. The MOQ is 3,000 pieces per SKU. Every double insulated bottles is inspected before it leaves our factory.

We meet all local environmental rules. We have installed wastewater and exhaust gas treatment equipment. We do not want to harm the environment while making products. Many European customers care a lot about this. Germany makes up 5% of our overseas sales. They require strict environmental standards. We meet those standards. That is why we can sell in the European market.
