This vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle has a capacity of 700ml. The inner liner is made of SUS316 stainless steel, and the outer shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The thermal performance is ≥34℃ after 24 hours. The product uses a vacuum insulation structure and can be used for procurement projects that require a larger capacity and long-term thermal performance in stainless steel bottles.
During production, we can use either tail vacuuming or tail-free vacuuming, with most products made using the tail-free process. Each product undergoes at least three vacuum tests during production to ensure reliable heat retention. The bottle body can be finished with spray painting, powder coating, heat transfer printing, 3D printing, water transfer printing, and other surface treatments. MOQ is 3,000 pcs per SKU.
