This portable stainless steel travel flask is available in 350ml and 450ml capacities. The inner liner is made of SUS316 stainless steel, and the outer shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The 350ml version has a thermal performance of ≥60℃ after 6 hours, while the 450ml version has a thermal performance of ≥66℃ after 6 hours. The two capacities can meet procurement requirements for different portable drinking product lines.
We offer two vacuum processes: tail vacuuming and tail-free vacuuming. The appropriate process is selected according to the product structure and requirements. During production, each product undergoes at least three vacuum checks to verify its insulation performance. This testing process also helps buyers monitor the vacuum quality and maintain consistent performance across different production batches.

Vacuum Process and Testing
